We do customized one to one tutoring, so we hire only the best tutors as they are required to answer students queries in real time. So, they need to be domain experts of their domain.

We run "Earn while you learn" program whereby we hire meritorious university students as tutors so that they can earn while they complete their University degree. Students from from final year who are interested in working as tutors can email us at tutors@latmatrix-vip.com 

Since we hire only the best tutors, our selection process is quite stringent. Not all get selected. Normally our selection process has 4 rounds-

Round 1- Introduction

Round 2- Technical round where candidate will be required to write code in person.

Round 3- Communication skills.

Round 4- HR round.
